A special morning at Ginza Maison Hermès
We are offering leisurely morning tours through Ginza Maison Hermès. The trees and shrubs decorating the sidewalks are more verdant than ever, and it’s still early enough in the summer for the breeze to retain a comfortable coolness. It’s the time of the year when the Maison’s glass blocks are at their most translucently beautiful, glittering magically in the soft glow of the morning light.
We’ll begin our stroll at the window displays and make our way through each floor. Who knows what unexpected encounters you’ll make as you venture beyond your usual path?
Reservations for August are scheduled to open at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, 31 July.
Notes for Reservations
※ Reservations required. (Up to 12 people per tour)
※ You may make only one reservation.
※ You may book for up to two people with one reservation.
※ Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult, who will require a reservation as well.
※ Any cancellation or modification must be made through the reservation system by 6:00 PM on the day before the event.
※ We are not accepting reservations or cancellations by phone at this time.
※ Tours are conducted in Japanese only.
Notes for Your Visit
※ Tours will be scheduled on days when the store is closed. For this reason, you will not be able to make any purchases.
※ Participants are asked to gather in front of the main entrance of Maison Hermès Ginza.
※ Please arrive at least five minutes before your reserved time.
※ Late arrivals may not be admitted.
※ As the experience involves moving throughout the store, we recommend wearing comfortable clothing and footwear.
※ Cloakroom facilities will not be available.
※ If you have reserved for two people, please arrive together.
※ Depending on conditions on the day, you may be asked to wait before entering.
※ Photography is permitted; however, please refrain from focusing on products. We also ask that you respect the privacy of other participants when taking photographs. Video recording, as well as the use of tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks, is not permitted.
