For a limited time only, visitors to Ginza Maison Hermès will be able to virtually try their hand at showjumping in the equestrian section on the building’s fourth floor. Mount a mechanical horse and don a VR headset to enter the world of Beautiful Escape, a riding simulation in which you’ll encounter equipment and obstacles just like you might see at Saut Hermès 2024, the international showjumping competition held from 15th to 17th March at the Grand Palais Éphémère in Paris.

The mechanical horse is similar in size and shape to a real horse. As you speed toward a yet-to-be-revealed finish line, jumping obstacles along the way, you will notice the comfort of the Hermès saddle, made of leather so pliable that you can feel every shift of the horse’s back.

The store will also set up a photo spot decorated with a multitude of hidden horses. Come to Ginza Maison Hermès to try out this VR jumping experience!
